Air Canada Pionairs
The Air Canada Pionairs is a federally registered not-for-profit organization formed over 30 years ago to promote communications and social activities among Air Canada Retirees who are dependent on the Air Canada Pension Trust Fund for retirement income. Since Air Canada’s exit from CCAA in September 2004, Pionairs have monitored Air Canada’s Trust Fund reports and performance. It communicates issues of concern to the retirees and takes action as appropriate on their behalf. There are over 13,000 Pionairs representing more than half of Air Canada’s retirees.

ASCR
ASCR is an incorporated not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting the pensions and benefits for Sears Canada retirees with a focus on those who retired after April 1999.

Bell Pensioners' Group / Groupe Pensionnés Bell
The Bell Pensioners' Group (BPG) is an association of pensioners from Bell and its affiliates. It is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1995 and advocating on behalf of the more than 30,000 retirees of Bell and their beneficiaries, a third of whom are paying members. Its activities are financed solely from membership dues.

The Bank of Canada Pensioners Association (BCPA)
The Bank of Canada Pensioners Association was formed in 2001 to provide representation for pensioners in dealings with the Bank of Canada in three main areas: the pursuit of an equitable sharing of the pension fund surplus, improvement in retirement benefits over time and improving communications with the Bank and fellow pensioners.

Canadian Salaried Retirees of Chrysler Canada
CCRetirees Organization is a Federally Incorporated Not-for-Profit Corporation dedicated to serving the best interests of Current and Future Chrysler Canada* Salaried NBU Retirees, their families, and their friends.

DuPont/INVISTA Pensioners Association - Canada
DIPAC is an incorporated not-for-profit association formed by retired members on behalf of individuals eligible to receive current or deferred pension benefits as provided by Ontario Registered Pension Plan No 0242727, currently sponsored by INVISTA (Canada) Company. DIPAC’s objective is to ensure that pensioners (a.k.a. retired members) are treated fairly and with dignity.

GENMO Salaried Pension Organization
GENMO Salaried Pension Organization is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting the protection of the pensions, benefits and other common interests of its members and surviving spouses. It is neither sponsored nor endorsed by General Motors of Canada.

International Association of IATA Retirees (IAIR)
The International Association of IATA Retirees (IAIR) is a Federally incorporated not-for-profit organization and was established to promote and defend the interests and benefits of retirees of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). It is funded solely from member subscription.

Nortel Retiree Protection Canada
NRPC represents the needs of the NRPC Group that includes former Nortel employees who are part of the Nortel Network's Canadian Managerial and Non-Negotiated Pension Plan. That group includes: "inactive members" of the pension such as those currently receiving pensions, survivors receiving pensions and deferred pensioners, as well as people terminated prior to January 14th 2009. The NRPC Group interests include issues such as the Defined Benefits pension plan under funding, benefits coming from general company revenues such as health and life insurance, TRA allowances and pension payments above the CRA limit.

The Society of Energy Professionals - Pensioners' Chapter
An independent trade union which represents professional employees in the energy industry. The Society is certified to represent employees under both Ontario and Canadian federal labour legislation. The Pensioners' Chapter was formed in 2005 to protect Society pensioners' rights and to further their interests.

Stel Salaried Pensioners Organization (SSPO Inc.)
SSPO Inc. Agenda is to ensure that Stelco salaried pension plan members are treated fairly by the plan(s) administrator (Stelco Inc.), Governments, and Government regulatory agencies. SSPO Inc. Mission is to protect the basic pensions of the salaried retired members of the following Ontario registered plans as well as Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB’s).

Congress of Union Retirees of Canada
The Congress of Union Retirees of Canada (CURC) is a national inter-generational, voluntary organization. It acts as an advocacy organization to ensure that the concerns of senior citizens are heard throughout Canada. The Congress of Union Retirees of Canada was established at its founding Convention, held October 1993, in Toronto. Its Convention is held biennially. CURC has one of the Vice-Presidencies on the CLC Executive Council. The Society Pensioners' Chapter is an Affiliate member of CURC.

Almost all of today’s seniors receive income from Canada’s Public Pensions. Basic financial support is also available to survivors and to people who become too disabled to work and their children. These pensions and benefits are delivered through the Old Age Security (OAS) program and the Canada Pension Plan (CPP). Together, the OAS and CPP provide a modest base upon which Canadians can build their retirement income.

Investor Education Fund
The Investor Education Fund helps people make effective use of financial information. The Investor Education Fund was established by the Ontario Securities Commission, the province's securities regulator, and is funded by OSC enforcement settlements. It operates separately from the OSC with its own Board of Directors.
Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
The ministry is responsible for administering the health care system and providing services to the Ontario public through such programs as health insurance, drug benefits, assistive devices, care for the mentally ill, long-term care, home care, community and public health, and health promotion and disease prevention.
